STANDARDS

We refuse to compromise our quality standards. Our menus are based on seasonality and the availability of regional fresh produce, our organic products are sourced where possible and responsible and ethical processes are used for the procurement of our meat and seafood.

APPROACH

We infuse each constantly-evolving menu and custom dining experience with its own local flair. We form partnerships with local farmers and producers to reduce our carbon footprint, support biodiversity, and keep our teams connected to the neighbourhoods, towns, and cities they work in.

ARTIFICIAL

Our dairy products come from cows who haven’t been treated with artificial growth hormones, our eggs are produced Cage Free and our meats are raised without antibiotics as a first preference.

PLENTIFUL MEAT-FREE OFFERINGS

If meat’s not your thing, not to worry. Plant and fish lovers alike can expect to receive the same innovative and authentic dining options as their carnivore friends. Our vegetables are prepared at the last possible minute in small batches and fish is never farm-raised.
